Cryopreserved Human Hepatocytes for suspension are typically used to study metabolic stability, phenotyping, CYP inhibition and uptake transporters (details).

Hepatocytes from KaLy-Cell are cryopreserved the same day they are isolated. All Cryopreserved Human Hepatocyte characterization and donor demographic informations (age, ethnicity, gender, cause of death or pathology, medication and infectious disease status) are available in the Certificate of Analysis. Cryopreserved Human Hepatocytes are available in Assured Minimum Yield (AMY) categories, so you can choose the number of viable cells that you need for your experiment.

Available Cryopreserved Human Hepatocytes for suspension :

Category Assured Minimum Yield per vial
2-4 2-4 x106 viable cells
4-6 4-6 x106 viable cells
6-8 6-8 x106 viable cells
